Two honey-hunters climb a tree in a forest of Marantaceae.
For the trees more than 40 metres high, if the trunk is not surrounded by lianas the men climb in the fashion of tree surgeons, with a simple belt made with a liana. The liana is wrapped around the trunk, knotted and they climb in opposition with their feet, making notches in the trunk with an axe.
